Debbie Grazier, Riverhouse Catering’s General Manager

Riverhouse Café @The MATT is adjacent to the Museum’s Lobby and offers indoor and outdoor seating for an enjoyable dining experience. Also available are takeout and premade lunches for those working downtown, offsite meetings and tours. All of the food at the Café is made fresh daily.
“It is great to see energy in the Café again,” said Bob Burns, Director of the Mattatuck Museum. “You can smell the food being prepared in the kitchen as soon as you walk into the Museum. The addition of the café will enhance our visitor’s experience at the Mattatuck, which is our ultimate goal.”
Riverhouse Catering is dramatic, bold and passionate...the way life should be. Their team of culinary and catering professionals brings the same energy and creativity to Riverhouse Café Services, a new group of special dining destinations under the Riverhouse Catering name. The Café @ The Matt is an exciting new opportunity in one of Waterbury's finest cultural institutions.
“Our entire team at Riverhouse Catering is excited for the opportunity to serve our delicious, fresh food to new customers in the beautiful Mattatuck Museum,” said Debbie Grazier, Riverhouse Catering’s General Manager.
