Whimsicality: A Theater for Young Actors

Sun, 07/08/2012 - 20:49

Presented by the Silas Bronson Library on Wednesday, July 11th, 3:00 - 4:00
Under the direction of Devin L. Brown, “Whimsicality” a local theater group, will produce old time radio for kids by kids. Their goal is to duplicate an authentic old time radio half-hour show.  Complete with music, sponsor ads, costumes, and sound effects. Our cast of 8 to 16 - year - old actors will take the audience back to a time before 3D TV, streaming video, and IPads.  Imagination abounds in this creative and fun performance where audience members become part of the show. Our repertoire will include episodes from Little Orphan Annie, Inner Sanctum, and Mystery Theater.  For more information visit www.bronsonlibrary.org
