New Practice Offers Spine and Sports Care

Dr. Amir H. Nadimi, DC, MS, CCSP, FCAMI has opened Advanced Spine and Sports Care at 503 Wolcott Road in Wolcott in the same building as St. Mary’s Walk-in Clinic.  Dr. Nadimi's focus is on treating musculoskeletal conditions, particularly those affecting the spine, extremities, and sports injuries.

Dr. Nadimi graduated from the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic. His clinical training at St. Vincent's Hospital and Optimus Healthcare provided the opportunity to learn from and work with orthopedic surgeons, internists, physical therapists, and neurologists and he received awards in dedicated service and superior clinical achievement.  Dr. Nadimi has extensive post-graduate training in acupuncture and is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician.

Prior to receiving his Doctorate, Dr. Nadimi received a Master of Health Science from Quinnipiac University in Biomedical Science and Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Saint Louis University.

The practice philosophy embodies a commitment to healing, wellness and patient satisfaction.  Listening to patients is a top priority and providing education and support for their health goals is the foundation.  Treatment strategy then focuses on a quick transition to self-treatment to maintain wellness and help control healthcare costs.
