Tent Event for Pet Adoption & Fundraising

Tue, 06/05/2012 - 18:16

On June 23rd, Rose Hope Animal Refuge/Rescue will host its 2nd Annual Tent Event at LaBonne’s Market, Straits Turnpike, in Watertown from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Adoptions of Dogs and Cats, Puppies and Kittens will be offered in addition to area vendors including Bone Appetite, The Natural and Organic Pet, Grooming By Peggy, and several craft tables. A bake sale and huge raffle round out the day.

Rose Hope Animal Refuge/Rescue is a small non-profit 501©3 organization. We are a No-Kill shelter run strictly by volunteers. Our goal is to care for and temporarily house homeless pets in order to find them loving forever homes. We count on donations and fund raisers to help us provide veterinarian care, shelter, and food for the abused, neglected, and homeless animals in the area. In 2011, our Rescue Group was able to find homes for over 300 cats and 200 dogs. Our Vet bills alone were in excess of $65,000.00.

This event is the largest fund raiser of the year for Rose Hope and you are invited to join in the fun. Your support is greatly needed to continue our work with animals.

For additional information please call: (203) 525-4449 or (203)597-1236
